Great seat, but doesn't last long
Date:January 17, 2012
I loved using this seat for my infant daughter! It was comfortable for her and for me. But even after drying the seat after each use, the magnets on the seat rusted by the time my daughter reached 6 months. We were almost ready to switch to a tub, but now quite and were still very comfortably using the Puj Tub when I had to throw it out. A $40 bath seat should last MUCH longer than 6 months.

Don't waste your money
Date:January 8, 2012
Our only bathtub is a large jetted spa tub, so we needed something for bathing in our kitchen sink, and liked the idea of hanging it dry for storage versus a bulkier plastic tub. While the storage is fantastic, I think the cons outweigh ...
1. The magnets never stay together, and our baby isn't squirming around during bath time, they just come undone in water.
2. Wont stay up on its own. I won't bathe our daughter alone because we are constantly having to hold her upright, mess with the position of the Puj, while getting soap and running the water which leads me to...
3. Have to keep the water running the whole bath time to keep our daughter from freezing since it all drains out of the Puj. So we end up giving her really quick baths to not waste a ton of water.
4. Gets very slippery and our daughter slides around in it. We have a big baby girl, 98% height and 70% weight so this isn't a matter of size but just poor design.
5. It doesn't sit flat! Even when our girl can sit on her own, the Puj will push her back and neck forward if she's flat on her bottom, or lean her way back making her feet go up in the air.
Great idea, but don't waste your money.

Awesome Tub for small babies
Date:November 15, 2011
Don't break your back and knees leaning over the tub to wash your little one in the bath. Puj tub is a safe solution to bathe your newborn - 20 lb baby. By the time my baby reached about 20 lbs. I had to come up with an alternative. She is not yet able to fully sit on her own, so she is currently between the puj tub stage and kitchen sink bath stage. This product is a bit pricey, but you won't regret the splurge. It travels easily and hardly takes up any storage space. I am so happy I had this tub!

Doesn't work for everybody
Date:November 2, 2011
The idea and functionality of this tub are awesome. I wasn't able to use it, my LO born 10 pounds 21 inches so he was to big for it. I agree with the person that review that doesn't work for big babies, when I tried it my LO got cold because it wasn't able to hold any water.

Exellent Tub
Date:November 2, 2011
I wanted this tub as soon as I saw it and added it to my registry. We've been bathing our baby girl in this tub since she was one week old (her first bath)... she is now 3.5 months old (12 lbs and 24 inches).
I have a double sink in my Manhattan apartment, so I put the baby in one sink in the tub and get warm water from the other sink. Its very very efficient. She enjoys bath time and I donot feel any strain. This tub is meant to last till 6 months, it may outlive by about 5months( if i get lucky) and I wonder what I'm going to do once she outgrows this tub.
Things I love:
1. Its a great storage solution for small apartments.
2. Its material stays warm on the baby
3. It wraps around the baby in a comfortable shape
4. If it fits ur sink well, no matter how much kicking the baby does, this tub will hold the baby well.
5. I can assemble and disassemble the tub single-handedly.
6. and I can bathe the baby with both hands
7. Most importantly, baby loves it.

Love this tub!
Date:August 14, 2011
We loved the design of this tub the minute we saw it! Space is at a premium in our house, and with the magnets it hangs on the door to the garage, conveniently out of the way. Our kitchen sink is too big, but we set the tub in a large, very sturdy mixing bowl and bathe our son on the kitchen counter. It works perfectly!
One of the best things is the way it cradles his back and neck, so I can bathe him myself without needing extra help to hold his head up. To the reviewer who said her baby gets cold because it doesn't hold a lot of water, we simply keep a warm, wet washcloth over his chest and tummy and frequently re-warm it. He loves bathtime! It is also nice that the material the tub is made of doesn't get cold, is soft, and slip-proof.
We will be sad when he outgrows it. Wish they made a slightly bigger one.

Its what i expected
Date:May 21, 2011
I love it..I can put it together by my self while holding my baby..I don't think its good idea for new moms to do that but for me is so easy..I have a tall faucet so its not a problem and I give my daughter a bath only in that sink easy to drain while holding baby. The only problem mght be that it will snap off from one side if baby pushes. Overall great

Doesn't work!
Date:April 12, 2011
I loved the idea of this tub. I liked that it stored flat and that it would cradle my baby. It doesn't work if the baby is too long or too active during bath time. The tub comes apart and hits the faucet handles. If you don't have a second person to hold the tub together or watch the baby's hands, your baby can accidentally burn themselves. I learned this by trying to bathe her alone. The theory is great but the practice is flawed.

Best Choice!

i'm a first time mom and was always very nervous about bathing my newborn, but this tub is perfect! Especially when it's just you and baby. He fits snuggly in the tub, doesn't slide, easy to clean and store.

wanted to like it, but didn't work
Date:March 2, 2011
I had reservations about this tub when I received it as a registry gift. I really wanted to like it because I like that it stores flat, I can use it in my sink and I am a sucker for all things that look cool. My baby is a newborn. It only fits in my bathroom sink. My kitchen sink is too big so it's wobbly and slides around. He seemed comfy in it, but the HUGE problem is that the water drains out of it once I put him in, so I had the faucet run continuously so that the tub would remain filled and so he wouldn't freeze. Also, it's a little difficult to wash his neck because it is so bent forward and hard to turn him over to wash his back. It's also difficult to wash his bottom. I am going to get the Primo bath instead.

expensive for what It is but love it
Date:January 26, 2011
I was laughed at by my mother and left my husband speechless when I told then the price of this bath tub, however, I do love it. I do agree that for what exactly it Is It is funny they want forty bucks for this tub, but it does live up to it's purpose and makes bath time easier and it does save a lot of space afterwards. I am using it for newborn daughter she seems to enjoy laying in it too and has fallen asleep while getting a bath so I am happy with It. I wish they had this for when my son was born it beats the bulky bath tubs that hardly fit into the sink. SO yeah it is expensive for what it Is but overall it was worth it due to the convenience of easy bathing since it fits into regular sinks, gives you both hands to use, saves space, and makes baby comfy.

Great infant tub!
Date:January 7, 2011
I saw this tub at a Baby Expo and I could not get it off my mind once I left the show. I immediately knew that this was the tub that I wanted for my baby. What I liked most about the tub before using it was that you could store it flat which was a huge win for me since we have little storage in our house. I also liked the way that it was demonstrated in the sink.
When it came time to use the tub I had a slightly differently feeling about the tub. Our sinks in our bathrooms were not deep or wide enough to use the tub as it was demonstrated and there is no way our infant would fit in the sink with the tub in it or it be safe. However, we were able to put the tub in our kitchen sink. The downfall to using our kitchen sink (we just have a standard single basin sink) is that it did not fit 100% properly and it took some “propping” to keep the tub together. However, even with the “propping” of the tub, I really liked using the tub when our daughter was an infant. She always appeared very comfortable in the tub and it held her nice and snug.
Some cons of the tub for us is that it didn’t fit our bathroom sinks properly. Also, the magnets which held the sink together lost strength throughout time (but this could be due to the fact that we did not use it in a bathroom sink). Lastly, my daughter outgrew the tub fairly quickly. By four months old (she was about 14.5 pounds and 24 inches) she really wasn’t fitting in the tub very well and it was getting more and more difficult to “prop” the tub for bath time. So, we had to “retire” the tub at this time and find other solutions. I really didn’t want to go out and buy another infant tub since I was looking for bath time solutions that didn’t require us to use a lot of storage space. So, after the Puj tub we moved onto the Aquababy Bath Ring and we are currently using this at 5 months old.
So, I think it is a great infant tub…but…make sure it fits your sink properly first and don’t be surprised if your little one doesn’t last in it more than 4-6 months depending on how big they are! I really wish Puj would come up with another tub solution for when they outgrow this tub because I would definitely be interested in it!

Just Perfect!
Date:September 4, 2010
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this tub. It made bathing my little infant so easy! The tub is so soft and safe for them and SO simple for us. It cradled my daughter perfectly and I could tell that she felt very comfortable. There were no tears with Puj baths! I would recommend this tub to any and everyone. I have given Puj products (shoes, sling, tub!) for many a baby shower and everyone adores them. Thank you, Puj!!!

Best tub for infants!
Date:July 29, 2010
The Puj tub is amazing! They are so simple to use and cute, and you can just hang them on the back of your bathroom door and no one will ever know! I am so glad someone invented this tub, it makes life so much easier. No more leaning over the side of the tub with your knees breaking, just stand at the sink and bathe baby in a calm, comfortable setting. Plus you don't feel like you have to hang onto your baby for dear life, you can actually use two hands to bathe!
