the item that should really work, the bulb syringe, is a piece of junk. It's so clumsy that nothing can get sucked out. Buy items separately and save your money.

This appears to have everything you will every need, and that very well may be true, but the clippers are TINY and don't make a clean clip of the nail so you have to squeeze a few times before they cut and the bulb suction tool barely works....make sure you hang on to the one from the hospital. The items you use most are the ones that don't seem to be that great a quality.

It's a great kit, but in 4 month we have only used the nail clippers, hairbrush and the emery boards.
