We have bought about 4 different types of nasal aspirators including this one. They all do not work for our infant. The only one that works is the one we got from the hopital.

I bought this product and am very disappointed with it. I opened it and the top falls right off. I didn't even use it once because when you squeeze it the top falls off. There is no way for this product to even work. I FEEL RIPPED OFF. I plan on returning this product immediately. Yes it's only $3.xx but i'd rather not give charity to corporate america / china for producing this absolute garbage.

I bought the 25 piece kit and this aspirator was in it. The first time I opened the kit and squeezed this thing, the top popped off. It doesn't stay on at all. It's pretty much useless. I now have to buy another one separately.
