The installation is very easy and the price is right. We have 4 of these installed, but one of them got loose after a couple of months. Our 18 mo old son would hang on the lever, and the lock part would give. We were going to buy another one to replace it, but we read a review on another site suggesting to install it upside down (lock on top and the solid part on the bottom). We tried it and it works wonderfully!!!
