We used these knobs on the stove, which has an oven beneath. They work fine although they are rather flimsy. However, when we recently broiled a steak with the oven door open, the knobs melted. This is unacceptable.
Try contacting Safety 1st and you can only do so with a website form that requires you to fill in the model number and purchase date. Who has that for products like this? Again unacceptable.
