We had been looking for a food mill for our new granddaughter, just like the one we used for our children over thirty years ago. We could not find it in stores or on the internet until we found your site. It seems just like what we had used, and the freezer trays and cookbook we also ordered are an added plus. This mill should make feeding baby at the parents' mealtime very easy.

Love, love, love this food mill! Simple to use, wash and take any where!
I use this for the whole meal at once! Just fill the container in layers of the food course as you want your baby to eat and it brings it to the top as you turn the handle. No need to take apart for one item at a time.

I bought this to prepare quick meals for my 5 month old - but you need to add A LOT of food to fill the base column in order for the grinder to work. There is space between the blade and the piece that pushes up to it. If you only add a little food (a few carrots or a few pieces of broccoli) you grind just a tiny little bit and the balance of the food is left in the column and does not get pushed up to the top to reach the blade. Very frustrating! I wanted to make a little food for each meal, but instead have to put a lot of food in the column that I don't need just to reach the blade.
